Our Policys


If you would like to cancel an order for a full refund after it has been placed, please contact us within 24 hours after purchase, otherwise production may be started.

Do to the nature of our handmade items, we do NOT accept any refunds or exchanges unless you receive a damaged or defective item.

We do NOT refund any shipping charges.

Damaged items must be reported to us 3 days after they have been received, along with a tracking number and a photo of damaged goods. Buyers are responsible for shipping items back to us if an exchange has to be made and a completely new item will be shipped back to you after the damaged item has been received.


We do not accept any kind of return or exchange on custom orders or clearance items. If you have a concern with an item, don't sweat it, we will have a solution.


  • Custom orders and handmade items take 1-2 weeks to process and are shipped two days after they are completed via USPS priority mail. We do not ship Fed Ex or UPS. Local customers are more than welcome to pick us from us! Just contact us!
